1. Booking Confirmation

• All bookings are confirmed only after full or partial payment.
• Once the booking is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email or WhatsApp message with tour details.

2. Cancellation Policy

Customer-Initiated Cancellations

• 24 hours before tour date:
- Full refund will be issued.
• Less than 24 hours before tour date:
- No refund will be provided.
• No-show (customer not available at pickup time):
- No refund.

Last-Minute Changes

• Date or time changes requested less than 12 hours before the tour are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

3. Company-Initiated Cancellations

Arabian Tourism reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a tour in the following cases:

• Bad weather conditions
• Technical issues or vehicle problems
• Safety concerns
• Government restrictions

In such cases:

• You may choose full refund or reschedule your trip without any extra cost.

4. Refund Process

• Refunds will be processed through the same payment method used during booking.
• Refunds may take 7–10 business days to appear in your account.
• Arabian Tourism is not responsible for delays caused by banks, payment gateways, or third-party providers.

5. Non-Refundable Services

The following items are non-refundable:

• Add-on activities like:
- Dune buggy
- Quad bike
- VIP seating upgrades
• Customized packages
• Private tour bookings (if cancelled within 24 hours)

6. Missed Pickups

If the customer is not available at the scheduled pickup time, the driver will wait 10 minutes.

After that:
• Booking will be marked as No-show
• No refund will be issued
